Can the person using the rocker rock themselves independently even if their feet cannot reach the ground? If the person rocked themselves hard and did not have the seat belt attached could they slide out the front or tip it forward?
Yes, it is possible to rock independently in this chair. It is also by design able to rock forward far enough for a person to ease out of the chair, this is for those with limited mobility so they don't need to be lifted in. FlagHouse recommends using the included seat belt while in use.
