Shipping & Handling Charges:
Free shipping offer applies to items ordered online and shipped via standard ground shipping within the 48 contiguous states in a single, minimum order of $50.00. Items shipping via Truck are excluded from this offer. On orders lees than $50.00, for delivery within the 48 contiguous states, we will add 16% of subtotal or a $10 minimum to your purchase price. We will add an additional $50 if your order includes one or more Truck Ship items. The web site and our catalogs specify "Truck" for items that cannot ship by parcel service. For delivery outside the 48 states, we bill actual freight. For shipments outside the 50 states, consignees are responsible for any local taxes and customs fees at the time of delivery. Return or Cancellation
If you are not satisfied with your order, rest assured that we will take care of you. Should you want to return an item, just complete the return form on the back of the packing slip and send it to FlagHouse. Unless the return item arrived defective or damaged, please return it in resalable condition. Please understand that we cannot cancel custom-made items in production, nor accept their return unless defective. A 20% restocking fee may apply to returns or cancellations. [ to top ]

Damage or Loss
We do our best to prevent damage or loss of your shipment, and will work with you to resolve any problems that occur. Please help by following these instructions:
1. Upon delivery, please check the receipt to ensure that you received all carton(s)/skid(s) and verify that they appear to be in good condition.
2. You may refuse any shipment that has sustained loss or damage. If you choose to sign for the shipment, have the driver note any damage or loss directly on the delivery receipt, no matter how slight.
3. Keep the item in the original packing carton for inspection purposes and/or possible reshipment.
4. Call FlagHouse Customer Service (in the U.S at 800.793.7900 / 201.288.7600) immediately to report any damage or loss. Carriers may deny claims for damages not reported to them within 14 days of delivery.
An experienced representative will arrange an inspection and will handle all negotiations with the carrier on your behalf. We will also make arrangements to have damaged merchandise removed from your facility, and do everything possible to minimize any inconvenience to you. [ to top ]
