One of the best ways to develop quickness, agility, coordination, and balance! Lightweight and portable, agility ladder features adjustable slats that vary the size of the grid to fit both large and small students. Vary the layout to work linear and lateral movements and change-of-direction drills. Slats are specially designed to lie flat in order to prevent tripping, and the foam-rubber backing reduces shifting and sliding. The ladder measures 10 Yd.
